I don't actually sleep all day. But its like im drained. One minute I could be right energetic and then the next I feel like sleeping

If you sit in bed and sleep all day then you'll have no energy because you aren't doing anything. I walk roughly 3 1/2 miles, 6 days a week. Then I work aswell. The more you do, the more energy you will have. Don't get me wrong. I have lazy days where I don't want to get out of bed. But I don't think one rest day a week will hurt

For some it does. For me it didn't but I got up and walked around so I wouldn't be sleeping all day. I was high risk so I couldn't do very far but I would walk up and down my house.
