extreme mood swings! help!

I get anxiety when my boyfriend leaves like he is going to cheat or die. Sometimes I won't even let him out the door! I will start to cry out of control like he won't come back to me. Help!

I feel the same way. I feel crazy but its just our hormones.. I really don't have much advice to give because im dealing with it myself but just try to relax and know that your not alone. take care:)

I was the same way! You just have to try and shut those thoughts down as soon as they cross your mind
