I'm 38 weeks today and just got done with a 2 mile walk I'm 1cm dialated I'm hoping that this will kick things into gear!! I'm so excited I hear so many stories of woman walking and ending up in labor, I walk every day as well I'm hoping this extra distance seals the deal!(:

Yes my doc told me if I haven't had her by Wednesday we would talk about our options I have heard of this and read on it so if she is willing induce me maybe she will.be willing to do that rather than inducing me, thanks for giving me the idea she is.a crazy baby she is still very active and doc says her head is right there she can feel it but she still some how always finds herself in my ribs! Come out baby lol

I was gonna do that tomorrow(: I'm having pains though from the walk and I had some contractions.. I wonder.. how does pineapple help to boost labor? I was just gonna try it since that's what people have been recommending, I hope it works!

Have your Dr strip your membranes..That brings on labor. One more week and my Dr is going to strip mine before we have to use pitocin because my son is getting to big. Drs wont do it before 39 weeks though.

I went into labor after eating a pineapple.. I was 39 weeks n 2 day... I'm now 29weeks n 4 days with #3 n will do the same at 37 weeks

Oh wow how do you do it?! Have you tried pineapple or square? I'm going to try that later tonight, I just recently started trying to self induce lol because I want her here already but can't stand to be pregnant any longer, especially in this Texas weather.. and I don't wanna be induced I want her to come naturally, have you tried any other ways?

I take 2mile walks daily n im still not even close will be 39w 2mar...hope something has changed by Wednesday my 39w appt
