feeling worthless?

I'm not sure why but I feel worthless. I have a great support group but it just doesn't feel like enough. Im always crying and sad. Sometimes I feel so depressed that I don't even want to comeout of my room. Its getting really tiring all the time. It's almost taking a toll on my health. This is my first child and I'm really excited to be a mommy but there's sometimes I just feel like itwwasn't ment to be. I need some advice. Im tired of fighting with these feelings by myself.  My husband is in the navy so I have only seen him 2 weeks outta the whole time I have been pregnant. I feel like he's missing so much and I'm not sure if that's why I feel this way.

Yes! It makes it more special:] And they're fun too, and you can always just keep it to show your baby in the future or your future daughter/son in law lol :) i really hope you feel better. I know its hard, i can't imagine what you're going through alone. But i can tell you that you're gonna be ok, motherhood is around the corner and before you know it your little angel will take up so much of your time and all these sad emotions will be long in the past!! How far along are you btw?:) im 37+1

That's a good idea I will try that and see how it goes. I send him pictures every now and then but I guess I'm not personalizing the experience enough.  Scrap booking sounds like a better idea.

Awwee nooo, i bet its hard going through all these new experiences with out him. But you should make it possitive and take pics of the progress and make him a scratch book. Im sure he'd appreciate it and it would keep you busy. Well thats just an idea, and you can always talk to us, we will gladly listen
