I love hummus n carrots! Though it is pretty high in calories, but its full of healthy stuff.. You can google how to make healthier homemade hummus 'it's really easy to do'
I was obsessed with making homemade pizzas for the longest time.. Options are endless..
It is cold n rainy where I live so I make a lot of crockpot stews n whatnot they make the day warmer.. Stir fry is also really easy to make and good with lots of combinations you can do..
I eat kettle chips n salsa for a snack though I try not to being that chips are not all that healthy and I get major heartburn but I can't help but love chips n salsa..

Homemade pizza! Get a dough ball, cheese, and some sauce (tomato or alfredo) and put on whatever you want.. if you don't have a pizza stone you can roll the dough onto a cookie sheet.. i make veggie pizza, spinach tomato & chicken-- the possibilities are endless.. :)
