I drank occasionally with my first daughter with no.problems!! It helped relax me when I was anxious!!!
I personally wouldn't, I'm not sure what's in it but I'm assuming melatonin?
Check that it doesn't have caffeine. I take a chamomille tea at night. It's all natural, no caffeine or preservatives or such. I would say look at the ingredients. If you feel like there's a weird ingredient in there, Google it.
