Check with your GP or a fitness instructor about what you can do.   Like KTowne said, as long as its an exercise your bosy is used to before you got pregnant then you should be ok....but you'll need to refrain from high-impact stuff, make sure you keep yourself hydrated and don't let yourself become overheated.   I stopped going to the gym when I found out I was pregnant, now I just do a 4 mile walk daily with the dog, go swimming twice a week and if I'm really bored I'll occassionally go to the gym with my partner and just walk on the treadmill while he runs (although I'm 38+5 now so I can;t manage as much as I used to) x

Don't be lifting weights or anything like that. Running walking jogging is reccomended. When you're further it might become more difficult though stay fit and hydrated

If it's something you did before pregnancy you can continue during, but don't start anything new while pregnant, and make sure you're drinking lots of water and if you feel crampy then stop. I was told by my OB no lifting over 30lbs, so I wouldn't do any lifting personally, but everyone's doctor says different things on lifting.
