Yeah I wouldn't play tennis when pregnant. Although baby is pretty protected in there, it's not worth the risk of falling or getting hit quite hard by the ball.

My dr told me tennis is not safe in pregnancy there is to much risk in falling, getting hit in the tummy with the ball, and getting to overheated.

Your urine can be bright bright yellow because of the prenatals. I notice after I take mine for a few pees it is. Sometimes longer depending on how much fluid I drink.

Your urine should be normal as far as I'm aware. I don't see why it would be different just because you're pregnant. At 7 weeks you won't be anything more than bloated and as long as you're not doing anything rigorous then you should be okay to continue as normal - just don't over do things.
