Benadryl, Tylenol pm there's one other on my sheet I just can't remember it, it might me unison but I would call cvs and ask the pharmacist or call hospital and ask if you can while pregnant they'll tell you :)

Yes you can! Just no more than 50mg a night I believe

Yes benedryl is safe . My doc told me its safe to take everynight if you need to. Ive heard unisom is safe but id ask ur doc.
