I want to break up with my boyfriend hes really sneaky and treats me like crap..he doesnt do anything for and doesnt want to do anything for yhe baby he says I cant tell him how to spend his money...my parents say I need to pit him on child support...I told him this and hes disabled by the state and I cant because of that...im stressing myself and im in my first trimester

But since your recieving no income you will be able to apply for section 8 housing, food stamps, medicaid for both you and your child, and WIC. Contact a social worker for help

if he doesnt get a check then hes not on disability. you can get child support. take him to court and they will make him get a job.

in the state of illinois, depending on what type of disability he is on, he cannot pay child support. my boyfriendwas on SSDI and i cant get anything. if he is on SSI you can. SSI is if he has worked and then went on disability. his checks every month is based off what he made throughout his life. SSDI is for someone who never worked and got on disability while he was young (18 or -) and never worked. then they are on a set income and noone can touch it. so if he is on SSDI dont expect to get anythingfrom him unless he is willing to come out of his pockets himself. hope i can help

If he wasn't disabled enough to get you pregnant he isn't disabled enough to not pay for his child ! Disabled or not , he has responsibilities && I'm sure if you && talk to someone who knows more about this they can help you . There's no reason you should do this on your own financially . Talk to a social worker. There has to be away you can get some support. Even if its from the state.
