I'm a tad overweight too so my dr gave me a sheet of stretches to do and suggested that I walk 3-5 times a week. I also gave up alot of junk food too. I lost 7 or so pounds. But talk to your dr before you lose any weight.
Congratulations on your pregnancy! If you were not active before this is not the time to train for a marathon. Your best options are swimming and walking. Drink lots of fluids and reduce the added sugar products on your diet. How? Read the label and every 4 grams is the equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar. This is an eye opening way to protect your baby from harmful sugar. Don't get discouraged if you gain wait cause you're having a baby after all. Have a balanced diet and you will be on your way to a great post baby body. Good luck mommy!
