Hi!  I am only 7 weeks but had very bad morning sickness all day long for days. I could not really eat anything and someone told me that protein would help. I have started drinking milk and feel much better. Still just a little sick but I will take it! I also use sour candy like the Preggie Pops they sell at Babies R Us. I have found that anything sour seems to help just as much and are a little cheaper. I hope you feel better!

I was in hopsital at 6 weeks with hyperemesis Gravidarum,  it was terrible. Im now 10 weeks and still have sickness but can keep things down better now. Here is what i did to help. First of all my gp prescribed me anti sick tablets which i didn't feel much relief from. I was constantly tierd, dizzy and had no energy. I then at 6 weeks thought i would try multivitamins so off i went to tescos and brought some seven sees pregnancy vitamins for the first week of taking them i didnt feel much better but then after a week my energy started to come back and i was able to go back to work!. They seemed to ease my sickness (taking with my anti sick tablets from gp) and i feel better then what i did i still feel sick but its more manageable.  My recommendation would be multivitamins and try to eat anythink you fancy no matter how unhealthy it may seem. Also i could barely keep water down so i resulted to lemonade and tonic water the fizz seemed to settle it,  Keep your head up.

I had to start taking Diclegis. It is a drug that is safe during pregnancy. You take it before you go to bed & it stays in your system. Also, I took Zofran dissolvable tablets. They saved me!

I had really bad morning sickness with this lo and every time I tried anything with ginger it made it worse and the band things for your wrists made me really dizzy and still didn't stop me feeling sick... I heard about this and I swear by it now.... Always have a pack of dry biscuits with you (I used rich tea) make sure they don't have a strong taste... Keep some by your bed too eat 2 in the morning as soon as you wake up and then throughout the day just have one every so often and you should start to feel better.... If you don't want to do that then just have 2 pieces of dry toast for your breakfast everyday.... My sister did that and said that stopped her feeling sick for the rest of the day until nighttime :) x
