clear watery leakage ?

35w+4days , I'm already dilated lately I've been having small water leakage , not like discharge its clear and water like . What may it be ? I hardly feel my daughter move now.

Call your doctor if you're already dialating your body may be in labor and that might be your water leaking

I don't feel any pain though ? I'm going to my doctors appointment at one , should I just wait ?

I would call your doctor or labor and delivery. You can never be too careful!

I wouldn't since you're only 35 weeks that's still early
They may just want you to come in sooner
Better to let them make the call than you

Oh and my water broke and I didn't have any pain.

Most women don't feel any contractions until they're very severe so the no pain thing doesn't mean anything
