Weight Gain

Hi I'm a FTM. I'm currently 8 weeks. My first doc appointment is Monday the 24th. Before my pregnancy my average weight was between 145-150. Im now weighing 161 lbs. Is that too much weight to have gained in just a few weeks?? Help!!

I'm almost 9 weeks but I only gained 4 pounds so far. Of course, I walk pretty much everywhere though. Yeah, try walking more often.

I think a lot of it is from water weight and bloating

Walk a bunch! It'll also help with delivery (: my mom walked everywhere when she was pregnant with my sisters and said they were a breeze. She was on bedrest with me for 3 months, and I was a nightmare and a half, and I was her fourth! Hahaha

Its Not So Bad. Just Try To Be More Active If Possible. Try To Regulate It! Don't Feel Bad. I Gained Lots Of Weight With My First!!!
