Like Danica said, its about the calories. Just make sure youre getting a variety of food groups even if you dont eat 3 meals a day. Make those 2 meals count
Thru my whole pregnancy i have eaten two big meals a day. Then 2 snacks throughout the day sometimes 3.
Its not necessarily how much you eat in a day that counts its how many calories you intake.
I eat 3 times a day with maybe a snack. Sometimes 2 times a day with a snack. Depends on how hungry I am. I'm not exactly sure how much we're supposed to eat either.
