I was like that well I still am and I am 27 weeks + 4 I was so mad because I could not keep down any water or crackers...my doctor prescribed me some medz I still have to take them or Everything comes up..but before the medz only thing that calmed it down was peppermint or a lemon but that only gave me relief while I was eating it not after

Lots of water. And if crackers dont make you sick then maybe eat some of those. I couldnt eat much ny first trimester either because if the taste didnt make me sick then the smell did.
