Eat a pinch of salt & drink a glass of milk used to help me alot

I used to get it really bad to the point where it was so bad I'll be in a ball because oxygen wasn't going through right because of acid reflux salt & milk .... miracle for me lol

Thanks! I actually drink milk before going to bed no idea why but I went right to sleep

I take antacids (Doctor said they were okay) and sometimes those don't help so after I take them I drink milk or vise Vera and I have it extremely bad so that's what I do and it helps most times

My doctor told me that it will be okay to take Zantac for the acid reflux. I hope it helps!

I always have tums next to my bed lol I get acid reflux so bad at night.
