back labor??? please help

So I've been awake for an hour now due to really bad back pain. Nothing is helping. I've tried putting a pillow between my legs and it's still hurting. It's a constant pain that goes from the middle all the way down to and around my pelvis. I'm 37 weeks and the otther day I was dilated to one cm.....

U should probably go to the hospital to be on the safe side! My sis said when she went into labor she had all back contractions n they are the worst so u could be in labor but idk..

Ugh, I'm 35 weeks. And I always have a pain in back. Only in a certain spot on my right side. it's unbearable I can't sleep at all. No matter my position it's painful. :/ I guess it's just something we have to deal with in pregnancy.  ***** so bad though!

34 weeks back us aching literally 3:39am can't sleep kills I love my little munchkin but I want her out ASAP lol
