So i still sleep facing down on my stomach could that be harmful for the baby?
I am currently 23 weeks and 1 day today. I sleep face down on my stomach and my angel is perfectly fine. She's good. Its fine.

I would only start to stress if it became painful or uncomfortable. You're body usually wouldn't let you sleep on your stomach once you get to a stage where it could cause issues.
