25 weeks and so tired

Hi everyone I'm 25 weeks with my first and I am so tired all the time by the afternoon I need a nap because I can't keep my eyes open.  I work two days a week and on one day I work early, I'm on my feet for the majority of the day apart from breaks and I just get so exhausted.  What should I do ? Thanks

Yeah I'm exhausted all the time too. I work on average 5 days a week, always on my feet moving about. It's tough but its just part of pregnancy. Ontop of that I'm anemic which makes me even more tired. I like to think getting so tired now helps me kinda get used to going to be tired all the time after baby girl is here when sleep isn't much of an option. Just rest when you're tired now, keep taking your naps. There's not much else you can do.

It's good to nap when you feel tired!

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I'm always exhausted thru out the day, at night I get a little bit of energy but that's usually it. I think it's just a part of pregnancy and our hormones.

I also feel really tired when I'm home during the day.
