Its Seems Like Everytime I Get Up & Start Walking To Do Something I Get Real Light Headed. Is This Normal? At First It Didn't Happen As Often Now It Happens Everytime.
Just get up slower than a snail and keep healthy. Happens to me all the time. Stopping when i get lightheaded also helps.
Is There Anyway To Keep It From Happening So Often.? I Don't Want It To Happen While Im Out & I Just Fall Out Or Something.
