Gatorade has a lot of sodium, so unless you are sweating it is best to stay away from it during pregnancy because it can cause a lot of swelling.
Gatorade is good too...Has sugar and electrolytes to keep you hydrated
Water is a lot better for you unless you have some type if issue, like myself I have to drink juice constantly throughout the day because if low blood sugar. I still drink mainly water though, I usually drink way more than 64oz a day.

Water is good, but they're mainly just telling you to stay hydrated. My doctor told me to drink water, but more other stuff with calories 'cause of my blood pressure. So I don't see why you can't drink juice and stuff to make up for it. Just as long as you drink water too!.
