Try to eat and keep it in your stomach for at least twenty minutes, my doctor told me that after twenty minutes your body has ingested all the nutrients it will get from the food. This is going to sound a bit weird, but when you start to feel really nauseas, try eating a dime sized amount of white sugar, it took me four months to try that, but I swear by it. I've been suffering from morning sickness my whole pregnancy (I'm 27 weeks now) and the sugar is the only thing that helps me. One of the other women suggested to.always keep something in your stomach, and that isms great tip for stopping the nausea before it starts. Often we throw up because the food in our stomach shocks it, so if there is always something in there it won't be so bad. The hospital won't do much for you except to hook you up to an iv to replenish fluids. My best suggestion is to wait until your doctor opens, and go see him. He can give you more tips on dealing with it, and if you are comfortable with medication, I highly suggest you ask for Diclectin, it helped me live my life more normally so I wasn't always living in the bathroom throwing up. It also has an antihistamine in it, which helps because it's allergy season again. Oh and one other thing, try and pay attention to what triggers the nausea, is it smell? Is it because you got too hot? Then you can try and avoid it in the.future.
