Im really scared what should I do iv just taken a iron tablet ferrous fumarate witch your meant to take on a empty stomach and with a glass of orange juice iv just taken mine straight after breakfast with coffee!! And a folic acid tablet have I just over dosed im scared :( help!!

If ur body doesn't need the extra vitmins u will just past it out will be fine

I don't think you did any harm. I've took my vitamins daily with extra iron. My iron was a bit low. Not jus folic acid but a tablet with all essential vitamins for baby and still took an iron tonic. You'll be ok and so to will baby.

If its only a folic acid tablet then u will be fine as the body can only absorb so much iron the rest comes out in waste (sorry tmi I know) thats what midwife told me as im on same iron tablets as you.

I think you are fine. It takes a lot of that to do "damage" look it up on a website about it there's tons
