Is there anything I can take to keep my milk supply up?
Almonds Help A lot too. I tried Mother's milk tea and almonds and a lot of water I was bf on demand so I had a lot of milk supply I was kinda drying up so they told me to try all that before trying fenergreek.
Have you delivered yet? I took a breast feeding class, and a specialist told me that the more you breast feed, the more milk your body automatically creates. Suppy & demand
Lots of water and oatmeal not the instant one though and it's said that fernergreek helps as well but I found water and oatmeal worked a littler better
