Prenatal vitimins make me thow up

So I found out that flinstone vitimins do the same thing. I take two a day. Should that be sufficient enough??

Flintstones complete for kids had 400mg folic acid per vitamin...so 2 would equal your daily 800mg just switch the type your buying. My ob actually suggested the Flintstones because regular prenatals made me horribly sick

Yeah definetly not enough folic acid. Talk to your doctor they have vitamins they can prescribe that wont make you sick

I take my right when im about to fall asleep at cvs they have some fitness prenatals they are gel so it doesnt taste bad those were my favorite.

It has 0.1 mg of folic acid. I don't think that's enough :/

The filnestone vitimans have folic acid and iron in them. They taste sooo good lol! Yes, I've tried taking them at night at about 30 mins after, I'm throwing up.

The gummy prenatals are really easy to hold down, but if you have low iron you would have to talk to your Dr. about a supplement because they don't have iron in them. But yes 2 Flintstones is sufficient.

Have you tried taking them in the evening? Also the most important is the folic acid. how much does the flinstones contain?
