Yes crackers granola bars cereal bars anything light n easy to digest. Drink water if u can it's good to stay hydrated especially when u feel sick. My first trimester was full of nausea & vomiting. Good luck babe
It's pretty normal. Everyone experiences "morning sickness" a different way. It's ok if your appetite isn't normal right now. Your body is adjusting to all those new hormones. Crackers do help. That's pretty much all I could stomach till 17 weeks. I hope you feel better soon!
