Braxton Hicks? Round Ligament?
How can I tell if what I'm feeling is braxton hicks or round ligament pain? I keep having this pain (not too too painful). I'm 22w1d.
WHEW!!! WELL I PROMISE IM HAVING LIKE CONSTANT REGULAR PAINS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY STOMACH (where baby sits) ... I RHIUGHT SINCE THEY WERE CONSTANT IT COULD HAVE BEEN BRAXTON HICKS ... I FEEL SHEEPISH NOW
Braxton hicks don't hurt, they're just uncomfortable. I think if it was a contraction you would know. You can feel your stomach tighten up
Braxton hicks usually arnt painfully just stomach tightening (tho they can be) but your belly will get real right and hard. Then loosen up. Ligament pain are sharp or achy pains. like a pulled mussel pain is best way I can describe it.
