my poor tummy
Currently can't sleep got bad heart burn, sour stomach, and bad indigestion. Any thing i can do ease it?
Tums or Zantac. Usually if I have a sour stomach I take tums and wait to throw up, then I feel better.
I was the same way all nite long I got 3 hours of sleep BC my heart burn was making me want to throw up. The only thing I do is take tums and drink milk.
