Naked fruit smoothies saved me during those first months. They are healthy and have enough substance that you feel full, but are liquid and fruity enough to go down easy. Ginger ale with real ginger also helped calm my stomach enough to eat, just sipping so the bubbles dont expand your stomach too much. Hope you feel better and get some food in ya!
