peppermint tea and peppermint gum (without fake sugar) helped me.
I've heard crackers and 7 up helps. But I wouldn't know really. XD
I was prescribed the same medicine as you to help with my morning sickness when I was pregnant. It also made me tired ALL the time. The sea sickness bracelets helped and were recommended to me by my doctor when I didn't want to take the pills anymore. You can by them at like walmart for a couple of dollars.
anything peppermint should help. like those little hard candies. i always had a bag of those. i had morning sickness all the way threw with my oldest. i tried everything and the best i found was hard candies. even suckers helped a little...
i havnt found anything yet that works for me im 26wks and ive still got bad morning sickness please let me know if you find something
A friend of mine told me to try eating almonds (just plain raw almonds) and it has worked really well for me, just eating a few whenever I feel nauseous seems to make it go away quite quickly. I think it either works straight away for you or doesn't work at all. I hope this helps! I know how miserable you can feel with constant nausea!!
the medicine helps me but makes me feel like conking out too, but peppermint, mint anything makes me nauseaus.. I'm 15 weeks today.. still have m/s. lol
I did find that eating a snack when I get up, and then another, then around 10-11am taking my morning sickness medicine helps me. I think they gave me Zolfran? is that the name. Its not phenergan. Give it a shot, it can't hurt..
Thanks so much for the comments! I appreciate them all. I haven't tried the peppermint candy, I'll have to try that. Thanks again!!!
i did peppermints and also ginger is really good for nausea, i bought a bag of candied ginger and would chew a tiny peice of it (it is quite strong) you don't need much.
Lemons. Worked like a charm both times for me :) Even lemon concentrate, just a cap full of it got rid of the nausea and really quick too. I had very severe morning sickness (lost 12 lbs from it) and didn't remember the lemons until I was about 11 weeks along. Bought a couple to see if it would work again. Sure enough, it worked great. Even the saltines and ginger ale made me vomit this time. Lemons were my only saving grace, lol.
Worth a shot :) Hope it helps!
i heard that sour things (candies, lemonaide ex.) can help some people.
I always got by on toast or dry cereal.
Reglan works. You have to get a prescription for it and it is very cheap. Also if you plan on breastfeeding your baby it also has a side effect of increasing your oxytocin levels which then increases your breast milk. Just a suggestion.
