can i drink coffee

I am dying for a coffee not the caffine just the taste i am 8 weeks and havent had a single.cup of coffee since i was trying to get preg in feb! would it hurt to have just one cup?

You can have one cup. I think you can have up to three caffeinated beverages maybe? I know you can have at least 1. I didn't drink any caffeine at all during my first pregnancy. I am trying to conceive again, and I also work now, so I will have to have coffee.

Yes I was very cautious of this my first 3 months but then my ob told me no more than 2 cups a day but now at 25 weeks I have about one each morning it's fine just don't go over the limit of two cups and that includes caffeinated soda , tea , etc as well

I've been drinking coffee, soda, caffeinated soda, I've even had energy drinks. Baby is perfectly fine. My doctor told me caffeine is fine. If you're worried, why not get decaffeinated?

My ob tells me as long as I don't drink a pot a day I'm good lol
