no sleep

Im 12weeks pregnant with My first and i cant seem to sleep at night some nights i fall asleep wake up in the middle of the night then cant fall back asleep for hours is this normal what can i do so that i can sleep all night ?

Im the same way..its annoying especialy when working 12hour shifts im exhausted

Yeah I am at 35 weeks and between my hips and belly being uncomfortable I have to go potty so it's not a winning thing lol but even if I take a nap I can't sleep all night or if I don't take a nap I'm cranky and still can't sleep lol almost their 4 1/ weeks left

Good morning ladies I have that same problem and 20wks today and doesn't seem to get better. If its not my stuffy nose bathroom or just simply no sleep but I get those but I do seem to fall asleep like around 830 till like 11pm and then from there is done lol

Uggghh I'm trying to figure that out to I wake up about three times at night to use the bathroom but for.some reason at 230 I wake up and then can't go back to sleep and I have to get up at 420 to go to work...... it *****

I would say it gets better, but it doesnt ): lol. Im almost 30 weeks and I wake up every 2-3 hours. In the beginning benadryl kept me asleep all night, so id try that! I know you can also take regular unisom To sleep and it also helps with nausea.
