So i got my prenatal vitamins do i take both of them at the same time? And also i have a hard time takinh pills. Any advice?

Did u get the kind with dha pills and the vitamin separate?
Or the ones with folic acid pills separate from the vitamin?
If yes you can take them right after each other or at the same time. Just make sure you take both. Does not have to be at the same time

What do you mean both? What are each pill? Mine is only one. I highly suggest taking them right before you go to sleep and with milk or juice instead of water. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, there are chewables you can get instead.
