At 29 weeks I was hospitalized due to pre term labor. I dilated to 4 cms but the contractions stopped so they let me go home on bed rest. Well tonight I noticed after wiping some brownish spotting.... I am now 32 weeks... what do you guys think... I am not having pain bur a few braxton Hicks.

I was told you can loose it and it can "grow" back, for lack of a better work.

It doesnt mean that you will automatically will go into labor but you should call the hospital to make sure. I know girls that lost theirs but didn't go into labor until weeks later.  I lost mine and then went into labor 5 days later but I was 40 weeks.

That may be your mucus plug coming down. But to be on the safe side call the hospital and explain the situation and they may be able to tell you if you need to come in or not. Hope this helped.
