What to do to help pelvis pain? I'm 30 weeks and ftm
My doctor told me to take warm baths, get a support belt, and take Tylenol if necessary.
Not really anything you can do its from baby being heavier and likely head down only thing my Dr said you can buy a maternity support belt from a pharmacy
