Stressed....please help me to relax

Ok so I just found out last week that I am pregnant.  I am about 4/12 weeks - 5 weeks.  I just can't stop worrying that something is going to happen.  Every little pain I am worried it's something bad.  I have sore BB's (but not too severe yet) and am so bloated.  I have no reason to worry but I keep finding myself worrying.  I had bloodwork done last Friday and my level was 174 (which I think makes sense bc I got a very faint line on a pregnancy test Monday night and it was a 25 sensitive test).  My first appt is next week on the 17th but that is just to get my prenatal bloodwork done and talk with the nurse.  Then my first appt with the MD is only April 5th.  Is this normal to worry like this or am I the only one?  Any suggestions on how to relax?  I just want this so bad which is why I think I keep thinking the worst.  Thanks in advance for any advice.

Thank you so much.  It's nice to know that I am at least not alone.  It's just so hard at this part because I haven't heard a heartbeat yet, I don't have a belly, and don't feel any movement.  I guess it's just all surreal right now.  It's hard not to worry.  Thank you so much and I wish you the best of luck esp. with the labor part.

Oh hun.......it's totally normal to feel like this. I had this same issue when I first found out I was pregnant too. I voiced how I felt and got a lot of feedback that many women feel this way.
There's nothing that I can say or anyone can do to make you not worry. But trust me as things progress you will feel much more relaxed. I'll be 9 weeks Friday and I don't find myself worrying as much as I did even a week ago. I worry more now about Labour!! LOL
Congrats!!
