Make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamins :) limit caffeine or have none at all. No unpasteurized items. Heat all lunch meat and hotdogs to kill possible bacteria. If you have cats who have a litter box have someone else change it. Most medicines are off limits.

You can only eat certain kinds of fish you need to heat up lunch meat red meats should be cooked all the way through no goats cheese or milk dont drink diet soda lower caffeine intake to one caffeinated beverage a day obvious dont smoke or drink no ibuprofen or cold medicines if you have a cat you shouldnt change the litter box dont take baths or showers hot enough to bring you body temp past 100 degrees

I'm 19 weeks also. You need to eat small meals several times a day. Don't lift anything. Don't reach over your head. Don't bend straight down. Take your prenatal vitamin daily. Eat healthy. Only eat fast food & sweets in moderation. The fast food may cause you & the baby to feel sick it happens to me lol.  Make sure you take care of your teeth you don't want to develop pregnancy gingivitis. Good luck hope this helps. If you need anything else you can send me a message & tell me. Or leave your number there & I'll help as much as possible. Even if you just need to talk. :)
