Water may not taste as good but you definitely need at least 64ozs a day. My amniotic fluid went low around 28 weeks because I wasn't keeping up with my water intake. Just be careful and If you have cramping drink water. By the way they sell water flavor packets in stores.
I also never used to drink water. In the beginning of my pregnancy I didn't drink near enough and kept getting bladder/ kidney infections. And ended up having theeee most painful cramps due to dehydration. Doc says 4 liters of water minimum for pregnant women. Ever since I just make sure to have really super ice cold water with me or make flavored water or I take oranges and slice them up and put them into the water and it makes the best orange flavored water :) Good luck with baby!
I'm also not a water person. I use the water flavorers though. Like crystal light packets. Makes things way better.
I don't like really like water either but learned to drink it on my last pregnancy u can get dhydrated and have contractions or have real painful pains in ur belly i went thro it i like to get bottles of water and use thos kool aid packets so that way i am gettin enough :) and if u do have contractions water is ur best friend.... that's wat the doctors told me :) i went up to the hospital lots of times cuz i was to dehydrated almost had to get an iv.... so be sure to drink some water :) good luck
Try putting lemon juice in it, just a little. I add a little to my bottled water and shake it up. It at least gives it flavor. I hate water..I feel like I'm drinking someones saliva lol
omg me too haha that's too funny lol I just hope my baby comes out healthy because the most I drink is two bottles and that's it I can't drink anymore.
I am exact same way. I actually hate water and almost never drank any until I found out I was pregnant. Only water I actually like is smart water so I try to drink at least half a bottle a day but I usually don't. My baby is still growing healthy so I don't think it's of too much concern, just don't drink soda like crazy =P
