The past week I've had real problems with gas and constipation. I didn't have a bowel movement for 3 days and now had 6 tonight so far! Really badly constipated and then turned to diarrhea. I've had bad tummy pains and am feeling a little sick too with lots of heartburn. I've been eating really healthily, fresh meat, fish, fruit and veg and lots of water and tea but it's now driving me insane! Anyone else getting this or have any quick cures? I haven't been able to sleep the last two nights either and have had a slight show yesterday, but don't feel like it's the "bowel clear out" before labour.
