Yes I do the same I take some Tylenol when I really can't rake it I hate medicine myself. I've also but a cold rag on my forehead as well it does help.

Tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy. Even though I try to avoid meds until it's an absolute must.. I usually put a cold rag over my forehead and eyes and lay in a really dark room. Also stay hydrated is a huge must.
