Is it bad?

Is it bad for me to sleep on my back? I'm 13weeks. Also, anyone know why I'm having pain at the top right side of my abdomen? Feels like I pulled a muscle.

If it's only your right side you should tell your doctor ASAP I didn't tell mine and now it's sooo bad I can't take It I have gallstones so you should see if they can look for those.

Ive had that pain before. I went to the hospital because of it. They said it could be gull bladder problems. Just drink lots of water and try to stay away from greasy food and too much sugar. Like if you drink soda a lot try to cut back. But water is most important.
And as for laying on your back, around that time it's still okay. but once you get a little bigger it can cut off blood flow and make your back hurt sometimes. And once youre around 30 weeks like me your uterus and squished organs push against your lungs and make it feel like it's hard to breathe if you lay on your back too long.

I have that pain too. Your body is stretching to make room for the baby. And I say if it's comfy do it! It's not hurting the baby so keep it up. Lol. And I'm almost 14 weeks.
