Being single isnt that bad. Especially if yall fight a lot. .ive been a lot less stressed out without him around. You deserve to be happy hun. Always remember that.

Everything has fallen apart & tonight he basically told me I'm not the one.  I'm not gonna wait till he breaks up with me..  reguardless I know he will still be there for his daughter.  We just don't have to be together especially if we're unhappy.

Think of your child first. It will be very hard on her/him to be raised without two parents together. My parents divorced when I was three and I have some bad insecurities cause of it. But if there's something going on between the relationship like hez abusive or controlling or you guys fight way to much then its good to leave. Again my parents being apart put me through some rough times but because of how they are it would of been 10x worse if they stayed together

You sure its not pregnancy hormones? Some days I can't stand my husband then other days I can't keep my hands off of him.
