Mine made me really sick if I didn't take them with a big meal like dinner. Could also try that and above mentioned they are pretty important to you and baby. Hope it gets better soon!

Similaic is the only brand that worked for me!  Try taking your vitamins before bed with lots of water! Worth a shot!

I felt really nauseous with the pill so I switched to gummies! They've really helped. :)

Try vita fusion they taste really good and plus they are gummies :)

I had the same problem. Try a new over the counter prenatal and take some unisom with vitamin B6 for nausea. The folic acid and DHA are most important. So if you really can't stand it, make sure you at least take those.

folic acid is important , i think your suppose to have like 800mgs of it ! Try to eat nefore you take it OR theres prenatal gummys and theyre yummy !
