sore nipples

What do you ladies do for sore nipples ?

Ive just had this start in the last 2 days (im 11 weeks) I've been applying cream and always wearing a bra, as soon as its exposed, its painful.. sleeping with a bra on also, good luck :)

Same here I wear sport bras as well and I have my fiance massage Them as well it helps me. What ever helps to keep the pain away.

So far the only thing that has helped me is putting cream on them and wearing a sports bra, for some reason the sports bra really helps..
