And she is asking if labour GOES faster not comes faster.
I think the saying is the more your up and walking during labour the faster it will go. If it really is the other one then i would say no cuz i walked tons b4 my daughter was born and she took 36 hrs, i walked way less with my son and he was 10 hrs.
Walking would be great just make sure it is ok with your dr and you should start out a little at a time. It isnt going to make you go into labor unless you are at high risk and it doesnt really help too much when you are full term and are trying to go into labor
Really technically. It all depends on how ready the baby is. Yes walking helps baby move further down but idk if it helps speed labor up!
I was really lazy when I was pregnant and my labor was pretty fast
I was very active this pg and I still labored for 24 hours. So no. An with my daughter I was on bed rest and had an 18.5 hour labor.
Truth is is that it could help you, but since everybody is different you don't know until your labor starts.
I always walked everywhere pregnant with my little girl and i was in labor fpr 16 hrs so i dnt agree with that. The baby will come wen they want to and wgen ur body is ready xx
With my first son I was 18yrs old i walked everywhere I didnt drive I walked everyday and when i went in labor i had him in 3 hours infact all three of my labors were fast I almost didnt make it to the hospital with my last child he came WAY too fast
Sorry I'm not of any help, but I'm wondering this as well!! So bump!!
