What can you do to stop breastfeeding, I mean stop producing milk?

Oh ok I got told the opposite I did the way they told me and never had issues

I quit cold turkey. I was told weaning will still,make u produce and make it more painful. They just told me round the clock tylenol and ibuprofen would help,dry it up, no more than 4000 mg i believe, or limit on the bottle. And ice packs.

U feed them less with the boob and more with the bottle and u slowly wean them off

I heard putting cold cabbage leaves in your bra will dry you up. Didn't try it though so not sure if it really works

Estrogen based birth control can dry you up. I'd suggest cutting down one feed at a time slowly over the course of several weeks, but your doctor might be able to give you something to help dry you up.
