Due in 5 days and I'm not having contractions or dialated
It's normal I was 1 cm dilated a day after my due date. It happens so just relax and listen to your body. dont rush things enjoy your time being pregnant.
Okay my Dr said when I go back If I'm not dialated there gonna talk to me about iducing me.
Eat pineapple :-) you are fine. Pineapple softens your cervix and helps you dilate faster. I did it and my water broke that night! Don't be worried. Every body is different
