Do you ladies recommend getting a swing that rocks babies to sleep? I really don't want my baby to just want me to be carrying him/ her

There are some the go side to side then you can turn the seat and it goes back and forth.

I got the one tht does both side to side and front to back :) so that could be an option for you if your not sure which one to get tht have some that do both.

I personally prefer the ones that go side to side.

I don't think it matters. The Rocking motion will calm down. I had the one that rocked back and forth.

@kelllyxoxo ok thank you! Yes because I don't want my baby to be crying to hold him/her all day when I need to clean or cook thanks for the advice

With my first son I had a swing. It was great cuz I was still in school and I would put him in there while I did homework or if I was cleaning the house I would put him in the swing. I would definitely recommend it!

It has been suggested to me to find one that you can borrow to see if your baby will even like it. I don't have anyone to borrow from, so I put it on my registry and someone got it for me. So, I'm hoping this kid likes it!

Yeah I recommend a swing. Life saver :) but also, it's good to hold your baby for bonding! But I can see what you mean by not wanting to ALL the time because of clingy ness
