I was the same way around that time.. I would just take alot of naps.. It sucked because come around bed time i wasnt really that tired lol.. But dont be afraid to just lay down and take a hour or 2 nap.. sometimes thats what your body really needs
lol sleep is the only answer. nd exercise but we all know how hard that is when all you wanna do is sleep haha no amount of caffeine helps. I gave into my sleepiness nd would sleep the whole day away till hubby got home from work haha it gets a tiny bit better next trimester. this trimester I don't nap as much lol good luck(:
